I am Georgia Piperaris, a clinical dietitian and nutritionist. I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2014 with a (BSc) in Dietetics. Following the completion of the standards of proficiency set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), I received my qualification, becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2016, and since then, I have been a member of both HCPC and the Cyprus Dietetic & Nutrition Association.
The thesis obtained during my undergraduate studies with absolute success was entitled Relative Changes in Body Composition in Individuals Performing Zumba after "Dietary Intervention" which was presented during the 8th Congress of the Cyprus Dietetic & Nutrition Association in 2014.
I then developed a special interest in patients suffering from eating disorders and decided to undertake a program, receiving the title of Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity from NCfED in 2020.

My Philosophy
At the core of my nutrition philosophy is the belief that gradual, consistent adjustments can yield substantial enhancements in one's well-being. I endorse a
balanced and mindful eating approach, prioritizing whole, nutrient-rich foods. I believe that through mindful choices and a tailored approach, we can navigate
the complexities of nutrition, ensuring sustainable and meaningful
transformations one step at a time.

taste preferences, physical activity, ethical and environmental concerns, medical
conditions, and more.
By offering personalized guidance, fostering education and embracing a holistic perspective, I am committed to support individuals in realizing their unique health
and wellness goals.
