My Philosophy
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
― Viktor E. Frankl

Empathy, unconditional positive regard for people, authenticity, and respect are the prerequisites for creating a meaningful therapeutic relationship of trust according to the great masters.

These principles form the foundation of my own philosophy as well.

Part of her clinical internship was conducted at the Center for Research and Counseling Services (KESY) of the University of Nicosia, where she provided psychotherapeutic and psychometric services to children, adults, and couples.

Throughout her clinical internship, she worked using the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, the Person-Centered model, as well as Psychodynamic approaches. As part of her professional development, she attended several seminars in the field of Psychotherapy.
